Establish sales through cold calling, canvassing, door knocking and lead generation services to prospective customers.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a positive working relationship with property owners.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals and increase revenue for the company.
• Be presentable, communicate knowledgably and professionally when interacting with prospective clients.
• Memorize sales techniques and strategies.
• Clearly explain the company's products and services to prospects.
• Deliver presentations to prospects.
• Reliable transportation (pick-up truck preferred).
• Ability to climb a ladder and be comfortable with heights.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
